KIYMA4 TBSP VEGETABLE OIL1 TEASPOON 7 KINDS OF SPICES1 TEASPOON CHILLI PEPPER1 TEASPOON OF BLACK PEPPER2,5 TEASPOONS SALTFOR SOAKING THE PHYLLO PASTRY;1,5 WATER GLASS OF WATERHALF WATER GLASS OF VEGETABLE OILFOR ON TOP;EGG YOLKSUSAM
- FINELY CHOP THE ONIONS
- GRATE THE POTATOES, WASH AND SQUEEZE THE WATER
- PUT ALL THE INGREDIENTS FOR THE FILLING IN A SAUCEPAN AND ROAST THEM
- MIX WATER AND VEGETABLE OIL IN A BOWL TO SOAK THE PHYLLO PASTRY (IF THE AMOUNT IS TOO SMALL, YOU CAN INCREASE IT)
- STACK THE HALVED PHYLLO SHEETS ON TOP OF EACH OTHER AND FOLD THEM AND CUT THEM INTO TRIANGLES.
- SOAK WITH THE PREPARED WATER, VEGETABLE OIL MIXTURE
- ADD THE FILLING AND WRAP IT WELL
- LAY THE BAKING PAPER ON THE BAKING TRAY AT CERTAIN INTERVALS
- BRUSH WITH EGG YOLK
- SPRINKLE SESAME
- BAKE IN A 200 DEGREE OVEN UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN

2,5 TEASPOONS SALT
FOR SOAKING THE PHYLLO PASTRY;

HALF WATER GLASS OF VEGETABLE OIL
