10 DRIED TOMATOES
10 SLICES OF KASHAR CHEESE
3 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
1 TEASPOON SALT
1 TEASPOON OF BLACK PEPPER
3 EGG
1 WATER GLASS FLOUR
1 WATER GLASS OF BREAD OR CEREAL CRUMBS
10 DRIED TOMATOES
10 SLICES OF KASHAR CHEESE
3 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
1 TEASPOON SALT
1 TEASPOON OF BLACK PEPPER
3 EGG
1 WATER GLASS FLOUR
1 WATER GLASS OF BREAD OR CEREAL CRUMBS
- WASH THE AUBERGINE THOROUGHLY AND PEEL IT
- SLICE THE AUBERGINE THINLY
- SOAK IN SALTED WATER FOR 10-15 MINUTES
- THEN LET IT DRY THOROUGHLY
- LAY IT ON A BAKING TRAY COVERED WITH BAKING PAPER
- DRIZZLE OLIVE OIL OVER THEM
- SPRINKLE SALT AND BLACK PEPPER
- BAKE IN A 200 DEGREE OVEN FOR 15-20 MINUTES
- TAKE THE AUBERGINES OUT OF THE OVEN
- THEN PUT KASHAR CHEESE AND DRIED TOMATOES ON IT AND FOLD THE AUBERGINES IN HALF.
- SCRAMBLE THE EGGS
- FIRST DIP THE FOLDED AUBERGINES IN FLOUR, THEN IN EGG AND BREADCRUMBS
- THEN FRY WELL IN A PAN SMEARED WITH OLIVE OIL, BACK TO FRONT
- CRISPY AUBERGINE WITH DRIED TOMATOES IS READY, BON APPETIT...
- YOU CAN CONSUME BY SQUEEZING LEMON ON IT
